2021 Mount Mary Quintet

The 2021 is a Quintet that can easily coexist with our renowned 1990, 2015, and 2019 iterations. Red cherry, violets, spice, and a hint of earthiness may all be detected in the nose. The wine's flavour profile is characterised by a blend of spicy French oak and red fruits, with a noticeable tannin content. This quality and amount of fine grain tannin, which gives this wine such an attractive structure and persistence through the tongue, has not been seen since the 2013 vintage. For at least three decades, it will age incredibly nicely.

45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot.
