A blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Shiraz, 10% Mourvedre, and 5% Cinsault.

The four types' aromatics are properly blended together in the nose, but they are still each uniquely expressive in their own way. Poached strawberry, raspberry, and cherry are red fruits that have darker undertones like stewed plum, liquorice, and spice. Red fruits that may also be noticed on the scent are layered over the dark and deep palate along with some sweeter, lighter, and brighter qualities. This wine's texture, structure, and length are all derived from the long, hard stretches of tannin and acid.
