MollyDooker Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz

The Blue Eyed Boy is a tribute to Sarah's son, Luke, who grew up stomping grapes and now leads the Mollydooker Sales Team. The grapes for this exceptional wine were sourced from the Coppermine Road, Gateway, Long Gully Road, and Mollydooker Home vineyards in McLaren Vale, as well as the Joppich vineyard in Langhorne Creek. It was barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, with a blend of 55% new and 45% one-year-old barrels.

This wine dazzles with its black crimson hue and leaps from the glass with powerful aromas of blueberries, fresh plum, licorice, and hints of chocolate biscuit. The seamless texture is infused with fresh berry fruit, coffee, vanilla cream, and warm spices, delivering a full-bodied Shiraz with a remarkable depth of flavour and an impressive, lingering finish.
