McHenry Hohnen Laterite Hills Chardonnay

This is a lovely representation of Southern Margaret River Chardonnay that is pure, complex, and extremely fulfilling. On the nose, delicate aromas of kaffir lime, jasmine, and zesty ginger burst forth from the glass, accompanied by nuanced aromas of cashews and flint rock from the barrel ferment. The lengthy, savoury acid line this region is known for and the mealy texture characterise the palate, which is strong but crystalline. This Chardonnay pays tribute to our agricultural and winemaking philosophies by being a real expression of location and season.
