Unlike Timo’s ‘Mayer’ Pinot Noir, the Volcanic is crafted from de-stemmed fruit (sourced from Lusatia Park). Reminiscent of the Gembrook Hill style (reflecting Timo's past tenure there), this wine beautifully balances purity, fragrance, and elegant suppleness, without sacrificing serious complexity.
