Intense aromas of lemon zest and nectarine are complemented by hints of pear, vanilla bean, french cedar and biscotti. The palate displays succulent flavours of lemon, pear and white peach. Barrel fermentation creates texture and vanilla nuances. Partial malolactic fermentation adds bready notes, complexity and richness. Lime-infused acidity brings purity and balance. With a long and crisp finish displaying hints of toasted almonds.
