A twist on the classic Shiraz Cabernet blend, this unique creation features a harmonious mix of Shiraz (42%), Montepulciano (34%), Cabernet Sauvignon (17%), and Grenache (7%). Much like a well-balanced soil profile, these diverse varieties and regions meld together to form a complementary whole. The bright fruit and spice of Hills Shiraz are perfectly balanced by the tannin structure, dark fruits, and savoury notes of Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon, all elegantly softened by the juicy Grenache.
