Le Juice is a pure expression of 100% Gamay, sourced from the exclusive 'La Cabane' site nestled on the illustrious La Madonne hill in the elevated reaches of Fleurie, Beaujolais. These 35-year-old bush vines thrive in coarse sandy soil peppered with vibrant pink granite. The wine undergoes a 10-day carbonic maceration with whole bunches in concrete, followed by a 6-month aging in tanks. Bottled young with a touch of sulphur, it boasts a juicy, bright profile with a luscious mid-palate that evolves beautifully over several days. Santé!
