Since its inception, the families of winegrowers have shared a desire to arm themselves with efficient instruments, so that their experience, combined with the rich product of their terroir, allows them to make Champagnes of the greatest quality. The vineyard Le Brun de Neuville spans 150 hectares, the bulk of which has been cultivated for over a decade.
The bulk of the vineyard, of which has been cultivated for more than 30 years on the undulating slopes of the Sézannais. Its vineyard is mostly planted in Chardonnay,
accounting for 88% of the total. Pinot Noir accounts for 11% of the vineyards, while Meunier accounts for only 1%. Champagne Brun de Neuville is sourced entirely from the grapes of its members. Champagne Le Brun de Neuville Tradition Tendre Rosé has a flowing hue that is coloured with a bright salmon pink and reveals traces of deep orange pink. Aromas include raspberry, wild strawberry, peppermint, lemon, and pink grapefruit scents. When aerated, it develops gooseberry, blackcurrant, peony, soft chalk, blueberry, and plum overtones. The palate approach is gentle and fresh, with a creamy and melting effervescence. It's light and delicate, with a lemony acidity and hints of grapefruit. A gritty minerality orchestrates the mid-palate, providing a creamy experience filled with fruit aromas. The overall effect is focused, with each instrument playing its part with precision and harmony, supported by an airy, gently spicy freshness.
