Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is crafted from handpicked grapes sourced from two vineyards: 70% from Awatere Valley and 30% from Wairau Valley. The sunny conditions, combined with these carefully managed yields, resulted in beautifully ripe and flavorful grapes, ideal for this wine.

The grapes were gently pressed and primarily fermented in stainless steel tanks with select cultured yeast. To add depth and complexity, 10% was fermented with wild yeast in old French barriques.

The wine bursts with vibrant aromatics of passionfruit, ripe capsicum, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it’s packed with concentrated flavours, offering bright, well-textured layers balanced by fresh acidity and a lingering chalky finish.
