The unexpectedly cool, maritime climate of Langhorne Creek fosters a slow, even ripening, preserving the fresh natural acidity and vibrant varietal character of the fruit. Handpicked from the estate's finest Chardonnay block, the grapes were gently pressed before undergoing barrel fermentation and maturation in French oak.

Infused with complexity from wild yeast fermentation, extended time on lees, and partial malolactic fermentation, this wine beautifully enhances its natural citrus and nectarine notes. The result is an elegant Chardonnay with a long, textured finish, poised to age gracefully and evolve with finesse over time.
