Paying homage to John Tregea, the original owner of the Kilikanoon Cellar Door property, this flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is a masterful blend of fruit from the cooler Cellar Door vineyard and the warmer Leasingham site.

Crafted with precision, small parcels of fruit were gently fermented in open vessels before being basket-pressed into a curated selection of new and seasoned French oak barrels for 18 months of maturation. This harmonious blend of traditional winemaking and modern techniques imbues the wine with an elegant old-world charm.

In the glass, it shines a radiant brick red with youthful crimson highlights. The nose is an alluring bouquet of lifted red fruits, dark cherries, fresh mint, and cassis, seamlessly intertwined with charry French oak and cedar. On the palate, it is powerful yet refined, with these flavours unfolding gracefully alongside fine-grained tannins and perfectly balanced acidity.
