Aromas of blueberry, violets, white pepper, star anise, and cloves. Strawberry, bramble and morello cherry intertwine with chocolate-liquorice flavours. Followed by crème brûlée, liquorice, roasted spice, and violets coexist with slate-like earthy tones. Tannins are fleshy and combine with the cool acidity and fruit flavour to provide a lengthy and refreshing aftertaste.
