JM Soliste Pinot Noir Pierry 1er Cru Les Gayeres Champagne

Henri Sélèque, the owner of a more recent home that was established in 1965, enlisted the assistance of his father-in-law to plant his first rows of grapes on his 19 acres, which span seven communities in the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs. Les Gayères, a place-dit of Pinot Noir planted in 1975, is the source of "Soliste." This is a full-bodied and complex style that was aged in bottles under cork for four years while on the lees. White apple, peach, hazelnut, dried florals, and a hint of buttery oak are all present in the bouquet. Bright on the palate, with a delicate mousse and a lengthy, harmonious aftertaste.
