Freshly harvested and chilled upon arrival, two distinct parcels of fruit underwent a gentle 4-hour skin contact to extract the delicate pink hue. Fermented separately in stainless steel, these meticulously handled batches were blended post-fermentation, yielding a precisely balanced Rosé.

The Pinot Noir hails from a prestigious vineyard nestled in the central Adelaide Hills, boasting rocky soils and low-yielding vines of exceptional quality. Meanwhile, the Pinot Gris originates from the northern end of the Hills, in Forreston's valley, benefiting from extended wet winters and a warm growing season, culminating in perfectly balanced fruit.

With a pale salmon pink appearance, this wine's subtle hue belies its intricate flavors and textures. Fresh strawberries and rose petal notes from the Pinot Noir intertwine seamlessly with the Pinot Gris's savory elements, offering a palate of harmonious weight and depth.
