Crafted from Chardonnay vines aged 25 to 30 years, this wine hails from the prized slopes of the Serein Valley, encompassing the communes of Maligny, Villy, Chablis, and Beines. These south- and west-facing vineyards, rooted in limestone-rich soils, yield an elegant and refined Chablis that delivers remarkable quality for its price.

Fermented in fibreglass and stainless steel vats to preserve its pristine purity, it forgoes barrel aging, staying true to the timeless Chablisian tradition. The result is a crystal-clear, fresh, and delicate wine, with an inviting bouquet of zesty citrus—led by vibrant lemon—that gracefully unfolds on the palate.
