About This Wine:

Crafted with minimal intervention, this wine is 100% whole-berry fermented using indigenous yeast. Basket-pressed just before dryness and aged in seasoned French oak, it underwent wild malolactic fermentation over winter before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
