Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Riesling

Picked early to preserve its vibrant freshness, this naturally fermented Riesling sits beautifully in the off-dry spectrum. Classic lemon and lime flavours are lifted by plenty of natural acidity, while a touch of residual sugar provides generous mouthfeel and palate weight without compromising its freshness.

The vines form part of the original Georgia’s Paddock vineyard, planted in 1975. Fresh, textural and immediately enjoyable, it offers plenty of citrus character now, while time in the cellar will see it develop more complex honeysuckle and honeyed notes. A wonderfully balanced expression of Heathcote Riesling with both freshness and longevity.
