J. Christopher Sandra Adele Pinot Noir

The Sandra Adele Pinot Noir is a cuvée named for Jay's mother, Sandy. Typically, it is blended of fruit from two outstanding vineyards in the Dundee Hills AVA: Abbey Ridge and Chalie's Vineyard. It is the ying/yang wine of J. Christopher, combining the elegant, floral character of Abbey Ridge with the deeper, more earthy taste of Charlie's Vineyard. Hand-picked grapes undergo native yeast fermentation. Wine ages 18 months in barrel, 25% new.
