Nillumbik Yarra Valley Pinot Noir is aged in Pinot barrels. At cask strength, it’s unashamedly big and bold but has soft tannins, rich caramelised fruits, and worn leather notes, which you can sip and savour neat. If you prefer something a little lighter (but still full of festive flavour), spritz up the classic "Sidecar" with some citrus tonic/soda for an arvo in the sun. The aromas are of worn leather, pepper, and caramelised fruits. The palate follows with characters of green apple, dried vine fruit, and salted liquorice.
