The Hedonist Sangiovese

Certified organic, biodynamic and vegan-friendly, this wine is a true reflection of mindful winemaking and terroir. The fruit is sourced from 80% of the Seaview District in the northernmost reaches of McLaren Vale, and it is complemented by 20% of the estate-grown fruit from the scenic Willunga foothills. Indigenous yeast fermentation and minimal intervention preserve purity, with malolactic fermentation and 6 months of maturation in seasoned French oak adding depth and texture.

The aromatics burst with lifted red berries, ripe blueberries, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, vibrant red berry flavours take centre stage, driven by a lively, mouthwatering acidity. Silky, fine-grained tannins provide elegant structure, extending into a bright, energetic finish that’s as refreshing as it is enduring.
