Hawthorn Estate Coppin Sparkling

Produced in collaboration with Kilchurn Wines, the hand-crafted Coppin Sparkling is a blend of our twenty-year-old Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo vines.The Pinot Noir exerts rich structure and complexity, with the small addition of Nebbiolo to provide a raspberry-like mystery to the aroma. The Chardonnay delivers light floral aromas and a creamy mouthfeel with a touch of creme brulee and brioche on the palate.With a delicate bead, this grand vintage is aged on lees for a minimum of 36 months undergoing secondary fermentation within the bottle. This delicate sparkling wine has a fine line of crisp acidity, a silky palate and delicious minerality.
