The Hare & The Tortoise Pinot Gris

The Hare & The Tortoise represents the steady pursuit of fine, individual, regional wines of great drinkability & interest through patience, knowledge and a hands-off approach to winemaking.  

Sourced from the established vineyards in the heart of King Valley. This release delivers pale hints of yellow, followed by fresh aromas of cut pear, lemons, and subtle spice lead to a mouth-filling burst of fruit flavour. Pear, green apple, and white flowers on the palate are underpinned by refreshing acidity. A nicely textural wine to have on its own but will partner well with fresh salads, seafood and white meat.
