Chardonnay (40%), Riesling (23%), Sauvy B (23%) and Pinot Noir (14%), blended in the field.

Its coloration is what we like to refer to as "Devil Red." We prefer to imagine its aromas as being similar to wild fruit. Additionally, it doesn't have much fizz, allowing you to consume it gently.
