Nine different clones from several vineyard locations were combined to create this Estate Pinot Noir.

Prior to a 7–14 day cold soak, the majority of the fruit was destemmed and collected when it was clonally mature. Wild and cultivated yeasts were used in the fermentation process, and the wine was aged for 11 months in first-class French wood that was 30% new.
