Ghost Rock Climat Pinot Noir

'Spice, strawberry, and rhubarb flavours with a long finish. The fruits come from Ghost Rock’s 100% organically farmed ‘Climat’ Vineyard. The vineyard was planted with three different clones of Pinot Noir in 2014. It's protected northern slope and well-drained loam on sand soils provide the perfect environment for cultivating exceptional Pinot Noir. With a size of slightly over 2 hectares, it is also managed through a vine-to-vine programme that guarantees the complete realisation of our organics approach.
Wild fermentation, no fining, filtration, or additives. Little SO2 was added during bottling.
