Georges Clare Valley Rose

Harvesting Merlot considerably earlier than normal results in a wonderful character of fresh and zingy cherry notes, as well as significant palate depth, which transforms the Rose game. Raspberry and blueberry are central to the flavour profile, with an underlying crisp and invigorating acidity and a crunchy, dry finish. Roses with this structure, depth, and length are uncommon, and, combined with its pure deliciousness, it is a genuinely compelling wine.
