Rich and potent but never overdone or overwhelming, the plum and blueberry fruit notes are captivating and unique to the Clare Valley. A strong base and internal resilience have been infused by careful oak management and the finest barrel choices, but the main attraction is the beautiful plum fruits that burst in the mouth before a graceful layer of tannins provides subtle line and length. This is already drinking really well, and it may continue to age beautifully for ten years.
