Geddes Seldom Inn McLaren Vale Grenache

A 2020 Grenache shows the great characteristics of the vintage, with the fruit making the decisions. Majority of this comes from the 85year old bush vines from the top of Blewitt Springs, with a small portion coming from 95year old vines in McLaren Flat. 25% whole bunch has contributed to some floral aromatics, also giving a subtle tannin profile to this wine that reflects on the palate.

Fruit was lightly macerated for the aim of making a lighter and more delicate style of Grenache, with the old vine intensity giving this wine a mouth-watering cherry and raspberry bouquet.
