The botanicals present in the Greater Glider's native environment were heavily influenced. This new world gin has a distinct combination of macadamia honey mead and indigenous botanicals.On the scent, expect robust juniper, rounded citrous, and eucalyptus blossom, with mountain pepper and spice rounding off the flavour. The aftertaste is somewhat nutty and earthy, thanks to the addition of roasted wattle seed and cocoa.
