The first year of the Queen of the Earth cabernet. Hand picked in one batch, on skins post-ferment for 2.5 weeks, matured in French oak for 3 years, in bottle for a further 15 months prior to release. Tiny production: 112 dozen. Stuart Pym is not afraid of pushing boundaries: 3 years in oak! Well ... it's nowhere near as evident in the glass as it should be, thanks to the pedigree of the fruit.
