Handpicked Tempranillo from Fishbone Estate was whole-bunch pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel and seasoned oak. This medium-bodied, dry rose features floral aromas and vibrant red fruit, with a pale pink hue from core to rim. Wild strawberries and juniper berries lead the nose, followed by a dry, creamy texture balanced with soft acidity.
