Fishbone Black Label Chardonnay

Crafted from premium Chardonnay sourced from two Margaret River vineyards: Fishbone and Karasek, spanning Wilyabrup and Treeton subregions. The warm 2022 vintage produced a full-flavored wine with rich intensity, soft natural acidity, and slightly higher alcohol. Straw-coloured with a faint green edge, it offers complex notes of butter biscuit, melon, and stone fruits, leading to a textured, fruit-driven palate with subtle savoury nuances.
