Fishbone Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon

Handpicked fruit from young and old vine Fishbone Wilyabrup blocks, fermented in a combination of new and old French oak barrels, and matured for 15 months. Dark cherry red from rim to core, the nose is rich with ripe currants and cassis, lightly accented by oak-derived vanilla. Medium-bodied and dry, the palate is structured with intense dark berry fruits, supported by subtle vanilla and toasty oak, creating a refined and balanced finish.
