About This Wine:

Derived from the French term 'saignee,' meaning 'to bleed,' this winemaking technique allows us to craft a beautifully concentrated rosé. Farr Rising Pinot Noir fruit rests in tank for two to three hours before we bleed off the free-run juice at the ideal hue for rosé production. This not only intensifies the remaining Pinot Noir ferment but also gives rise to a barrel-fermented rosé of exceptional character.

Fermented naturally in barrel at cool temperatures, followed by full malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 10 months in seasoned four- and five-year-old barrels before gentle filtration and bottling.

Elegant and bone-dry, this rosé shimmers with a delicate salmon-pink hue. Aromas of fresh fruit mingle with subtle earthiness, leading to a savoury yet vibrant palate. The finish is long, dry, and beautifully structured. Perfectly suited to food pairings—or moments of romance.
