About This Wine:

100% Chardonnay aged for 12 months on its fine lees in oak barrels (French oak from Jupille forest, CAVIN cooperage, 10% in new oak, oak from 1 to 7 years), and then for 3 to 4 months in vats. The result is a fine and subtle nose with fruity citrus touches, such as mandarin and blood orange. Hints of white flowers and menthol. Pure, fresh and perfectly balanced, it shows remarkable richness, fruitiness and finesse

We have tried a few Saint-Veran wines but the Domaine Famille Paquet Saint-Veran 'En Creches’ is one of the best - it’s delightful and truly compliments a variety of dishes - the service we received from Purvis from order enquiry through to fulfilment was just as great as the wine!
