This rum is aged in oak casks for at least three years before being double-filtered through natural charcoal to eliminate colour, yielding a wonderfully smooth and versatile spirit. Citrus and vanilla aromas are inviting, and notes of chocolate and raisins provide depth. Smooth, rounded palate with coconut; fruity with a dry, rounded aftertaste. Balanced and full-flavored.
