Crafted for immediate enjoyment, this vibrant wine is affectionately known as the "Baby Magpie Hill." It combines free-run juice from younger vines with select pressings and free-run juice from the old block, resulting in a wine that’s bursting with intense floral aromatics and juicy, ripe flavours.
Hand-picked and chilled overnight to 0°C, the fruit was whole-bunch pressed to produce pristine juice, which was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks with carefully selected aromatic yeast. A brief two months of lees aging added weight and texture, culminating in a wine that’s ready to impress straight out of the gate.
Appearance: Pale straw with a glint of green at the edges.
Aroma: A dazzling bouquet of crushed lime, orange citrus blossom, green pineapple, Yellow Delicious apple, and papaya.
Palate: A vibrant interplay of ripe florals and exotic subtropical fruits, framed by jasmine and lime pith. It’s both focused and fleshy, with a saline edge and a medley of yellow tropical fruits like green mango and papaya. Light on its feet yet packed with powerful fruit sweetness, it’s utterly irresistible.
