Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling

Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling blends fruit from the Derwent and Tamar Valleys. The juice is pressed into clay amphora and old oak casks, where it ferments naturally and matures on lees for 9 months. A portion of whole clusters is included in the amphora, and the wine is bottled without fining.

The flavour length is nothing short of remarkable. At its core, it’s classic Tassie Riesling—crisp green apple, zesty lemon sorbet, and steely acidity. But what really captivates is the texture: layers of juicy pulp, delicate floral notes, and alpine herbs, with each sip revealing something new and intriguing.
