In the quaint village of Verdigny, Domaine Tabordet blossomed from a mere 4.5 hectares of vineyards in the 1960s, thanks to the vision of Raymond Tabordet. As time passed, stewardship of the estate transitioned to his sons, Yvon and Pascal, in 1981, marking the dawn of a new chapter. Under their care, the domain expanded its reach to include the prestigious appellation of Pouilly-Fumé. Today, the legacy of Tabordet thrives in the capable hands of Marius Tabordet and his cousin Gaël, guided by the experienced Pascal. With meticulous attention, Marius tends to the vines, orchestrates the vinification process, and imbues each bottle with the quintessential essence of Tabordet. Their domain now sprawls across 16 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé and an additional 5 hectares in Sancerre, a testament to their dedication and passion. This exquisite dry white wine pays homage to the Sauvignon grape, its primary protagonist. Its resplendent golden hue captivates the eye, while a symphony of aromas dances forth upon the nose.
