Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Syrah

Syrah, picked at moderate ripeness, retains its elegance and natural acidity. The wine is cool fermented at 20 to 22°C, with whole berries atop 25% whole bunches, creating a subtle aromatic lift and introducing a wilder spice element to the pure Syrah perfume. This cool-climate, medium-bodied Syrah is perfectly balanced.

Aged for 10 months on fine lees in 500L large-format French oak puncheons, with 15% new oak mainly from the Allier and Vosges forests, it develops a nuanced complexity. Aromas of juicy black cherries and boysenberries are complemented by a hint of black pepper. On the palate, a fine-grained texture of ripe tannins enhances the wine's structure and depth, creating a harmonious and sophisticated experience.
