Artus represents an artistic interpretation of our local Gin Gin clone, transformed into a wine that embodies sophistication, complexity, and a rich texture, reminiscent of the allure of "old world" chardonnay. The meticulous management of the vines ensures that only a gentle, dappled light caresses the fruiting zone, fostering the development of nuanced flavors, gentle tannins, and vibrant natural acidity. Cultivated in the cool southern reaches of Margaret River, the petite 100g Gin Gin clusters are delicately hand-harvested at dawn, preserving the essence of freshness within the fruit.

Within this wine, one discovers a symphony of flavors: from the crisp bite of fresh nectarines to the indulgent sweetness of candied pecan nuts, complemented by the enticing aromas of poached pears and subtle hints of marzipan.

40% new 228 L medium toast French oak. Barriques Vosges and Allier for 10 months.
