Domaine de l'Agramante Cuvee M'arricriu Cotes du Rhone Rouge

Grenache 35%, Syrah 25%, Cinsault 30% and Counoise 10%. The M'arricriu is from predominantly south-facing, sandy/silt terraces with a very windy Mediterranean climate. The grapes were harvested by hand, 100% destemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation temperatures were regulated and maceration lasted just six days with daily pump-overs. Each plot was kept separate and matured for five months in vats, before it was assembled just before bottling with no filtration and minimal sulphur.
