About This Wine:

The Bianco Pet Nat this year takes flavour and texture to a new level, making it both lush and thirst-quenching. On the scent, ripe tropical fruits explode from the glass, while the tongue leans towards the citrous spectrum with preserved lemon and briny salinity. The fizz is moderate, the lemon curd creaminess envelops your palate, providing gratifying length and generosity, and there is just a hint of residual sugar remaining when the ferment gave out in the bottle. This wine does a genuine vanishing performance from the bottle since it has acid for days.
