Delatite Reserve Catherine's Block Gewurztraminer

Harvested two weeks later than the rest of the Gewurztraminer, this reserve selection was picked at peak ripeness. The fruit was handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and underwent wild fermentation before being halted after fifteen days through chilling and filtration - preserving 68 grams per litre of natural sugar for a beautifully balanced sweetness. Aromas of roses and musk lead into a decadent palate. Lush flavours of Turkish delight and lychee unfold with silky richness, while a clean, refreshing finish ensures impeccable balance.
