Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, this NV Cuvée undergoes 100% MLF and is crafted using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. Precision blending preserves the wine’s vibrant fruit purity while layering in complexity from barrel aging and extended time on lees.

A lively bouquet of crisp apples, white blossoms, and lemongrass sets the tone. The palate is bright and zesty, with refined notes of hazelnut and brioche adding depth. Elegant yet structured, its creamy texture is lifted by a fine, lemony acidity that lingers effortlessly.

Varietal Blend: 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir.
