A light to medium-bodied red reminiscent of Pinot Noir, this wine showcases the Darling family's expertise in cultivating Gamay since 1998. Emulating the refined Cru Beaujolais style, it avoids the high acid, low tannin, candy-like character of Beaujolais Nouveau. Extended maceration enriches its color and tannins. Hand-picked grapes and wild fermentation, with 25% whole bunches, contribute to its distinctive profile.
