About This Wine:
Gorgeous violets, cherry cola, plum, and blackberries emerge from ominous black olive and licorice smells. The core of red berry tastes on the tongue has superb acidity after being initially muted. Juicy plums, cranberries in confit, black spices, and underlying peat flavours develop in the texture with time to create a savoury finish that lingers with slate-like elegance.
