Hand-picked with precision, the fruit was divided between two fermenters — 30% whole bunches and the rest delicately destemmed. A natural fermentation began after three days, completing within five more. Gentle hand plunges during active fermentation coaxed out fine, silky tannins. Once drained, pressed, and settled, the wine was aged in French oak barriques (35% new) for 10 months, undergoing malolactic fermentation along the way.

The bouquet is a sensory journey — vibrant aromas of ripe cherries, black tea, and fragrant five-spice rise from the glass. With time, enticing hints of seaspray, cinnamon, and fresh cranberries enrich the aromatic depth. On the palate, it’s a masterclass in balance and elegance.
