Our Utopos vineyard shares much in common with the region's finest single-site Cabernets - higher elevation for varietal definition, rocky, low-yielding soils for concentrated flavour, and a long ripening season of warm days and cool nights that shape its signature elegance. The 2021 vintage bursts with classic Cabernet notes of eucalypt and red pepper, followed by a palate brimming with cassis and luscious black fruits.
